Chef Fermin Nunez Dazzles with Tiny Tacos

In our continuing Industry Night event series, we were lucky enough to have Chef Fermin Nunez preparing bites inspired by his travels to Oaxaca, Mexico. The street style tacos came in two different varieties; a chorizo con salsa verde, purslane and peanuts and a beet mole on red corn tortilla, nuts and seeds. The crowd made up of service industry peers packed our Bouldin location.  Luckily we had Austin Eastcider’s new “Blood Orange” and Topo Chico on hand.
