Our focus here at SHED Barber and Supply has always been to combine tradition with modern convenience. Since day one, we’ve implemented a booking process that works around your schedule and is respectful of your time. We’ve listened to your feedback and are happy to announce we will be moving to a new scheduling system powered by Booker. This will make booking easier, help us manage multiple locations, and save payment information for faster checkout. As part of this update we will also be implementing a cancellation and late arrival policy to ensure that we can provide services to as many customers as possible. Please take a moment to read the policy at the bottom of this message. It will also be added to our booking site and in appointment confirmation emails.
Next Saturday, June 10, beginning at 5p our booking system will be unavailable while we move existing appointments into Booker and update all of our links (including http://book.shedbarber.com) to point to the new booking page. Any existing and recurring appointments will be moved so there is no need to rebook. You will need to set up a new customer profile when booking your first appointment, which includes credit card information to hold your appointment. This will secure your appointment time by preventing “no-shows”, thus creating more availability for y’all, as well as speed up the checkout process.
Please take a moment to read our cancellation and late arrival policy:
We understand that plans change which may cause you to miss your appointment. In order to respect our clients and staff, we require 3 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Changes made less than 3 hours before an appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the total services booked. No call/no shows or last minute cancels (less than 30 minutes prior) are subject to the full amount of services booked.
Late Arrival Policy:
We optimize our schedule for each barber in order to serve as many clients as possible. For that reason it is imperative to arrive on time for appointments. We are unable to complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late (5 minutes for beard trim-only) to an appointment. Outside of that grace period the appointment is subject to a no-show fee. For late arrivals we are happy to reschedule a more convenient appointment time.
